Our starting salary is 34,000, plus a 2,000 welcome payment along with an optional 20% salary advance. Plus an adaptable package of benefits to suit your lifestyle.

What youll be doing:

As a graduate you will help us estimate, price and bid, our most complex contracts within our Warships Team. You`ll be responsible for innovating new solutions to customer requirements whilst meeting contractual obligations. You will have the ability to prioritise, have great organisational skills, and good oral communication skills. You will learn how to be superb with deadlines, decisive, advanced problem-solving capabilities and professional thorough detail-oriented.

Entry requirements?

Youll need a minimum 2:2 Bachelors degree in a subject related to your chosen area.

What is the application process?

The stages of our application process include: a short online application. If youre successful, you’ll then complete an online assessment with interactive activities, and an on-demand video interview. The next stage iscompetency-based interview, either virtual or face-to-face.
