Due to the recent awarding of several contracts and forward expansion of our company, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Demolition Team on a permanent basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent candidate to join our growing team.

B Small Contracts Ltd provide a comprehensive range of services both commercial and residential throughout the Demolition, Asbestos & Site Clearance industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

Procurement

·

Liaising/Assisting Contracts Team – Planning Key Tasks

·

Contributing to the planning, development and reporting of projects

·

Supporting the coordination and management of projects

·

Preparing estimates

·

Ensuring safe systems of work are implemented on site

·

Perform administrative, scheduling meetings, etc.

·

Inventory monitoring

Essential Requirements:

·

Degree or Experienced candidate with 3rd Level education in a construction-based course

·

Full Clean Driving Licence

·

Willingness to learn

·

Team Player

·

Site Visits

·

Strong communication skills
