Graduate Operations Analyst – Investment Management

Job Description

I’m working on an operations opportunity with a highly successful multi-strategy investment manager based in Oxfordshire. The firm has a reputation for developing successful long-term careers and has a strong ESG focus to its investment ideas and strategies.

This is wide-ranging operations role which will cover a number of areas; trade support, regulatory reporting, corporate actions, oversight of third party suppliers, operational due diligence, cash management and a whole host of other tasks including project work (system implementations, for example). Full training will be provided and you will very quickly learn a number of new skills.

This would suit a graduate with some relevant work

experience/internships

ideally from a buy-side (asset management, private equity, hedge fund) environment but we would also consider wider financial services or accounting. A keen interest in investment management would be beneficial.
