Are you a logical thinker with a passion for problem-solving? A leading Software-as-a-Service provider whose platform manages over £10bn worth of transactions every year, is looking for a talented graduate to join their team as Technical Business Analyst.

As a Graduate Technical Business Analyst, you will:

  • Work in a specialised team focusing on core system development, web solutions, or product implementations.
  • Guide clients through the powerful and configurable System, helping them maximise its potential.
  • Design and implement high-quality software solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Tackle challenging technical problems with a structured, logical approach.
  • Gather and translate client requirements into clear, detailed specifications.
  • Manage complex software builds to ensure they meet client specifications.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance various aspects of the Acturis System.
  • Support our sales team by contributing to proposals and presenting technical solutions to clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Outstanding academic credentials: Achieved a 2:1 or above in a STEM subject. Excellent A-levels (or equivalent), ideally with an A in Maths.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities: You love tackling challenges with a logical, practical mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills: You are well-organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner: You’re eager to take on new responsibilities and acquire new skills quickly.
  • Team player: You work seamlessly with others and communicate effectively.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in tools like Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to pick up new concepts.
  • Client-focused roles: For some positions, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers are essential.
