ASK4 is growing and are looking for a motivated and dedicated apprentice to help us reach our ambitious goals. You will perform a crucial role as the administrative hub within the CSM team, focusing on client service requests.

At ASK4 Ltd, the team delivers connectivity and technology solutions to hundreds of thousands of users in multi-tenant buildings in three sectors, in multiple languages across thirteen countries.

Thanks to new investment we are recruiting to help support the companys growth as well as maintain the high level of service that ASK4 is renowned for.

The Client Service department is an essential part of ASK4s growth. The team are responsible for ensuring our clients have the service they both expect and need. Dealing with a variety of different issues and working across multiple teams to find a fix and successfully resolve any issue, driving client confidence and retention.

What youll be doing:

The Client Service Apprentice role will be varied the day to day of the role will include:

Collecting data and making reports for clients.

Service Improvement Plans

Client Escalation Management

Preparing materials for presentations.

Ensuring our systems are up to date with client information.

Deal with client feedback to ensure it is recorded and actioned and support the team where necessary.

You will also have the opportunity to work with the Marketing team and our Graphic Designer to create and update client and customer support collateral and you will also get the chance to work on small projects with the different support teams across the business.
