Junior Customer Service Agent

We are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Agent to join the team based in Newmarket (onsite position).

After probation period, hybrid model will be applicable (3 days office/2 days home).

There are 5 excellent Customer Service Agents, including a Team Leader. They are the main point for contact for our UK & Ireland based clients, guiding our customers through the post-sales process. If you are enthusiastic, confident and love talking to other people – this role was created for you!

Customer Service Agent

at Arrow will work as part of a busy team providing excellent Customer Service to Arrow customers. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  • Providing support to customers and internal Account Managers in the day to day running of the accounts and assisting with customer queries.
  • Liaising with other departments internally eg: Purchasing, Accounts, Dispatch, Technical Consultants, to fulfil customer requirements/queries, organizing shipments etc.
  • Resolving queries and raising credit where necessary.
  • General administration duties: preparing reports etc.
  • Updating customers of delivery expectations.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in the office/administration job and Customer Service
  • Business fluency in English
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft tools- especially MS Excel.
  • Understands the sales process and the importance of customers.
  • Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to their workload.
  • Good organization skills – Able to work on their own.
  • Team player.
