We are now looking for

Junior Data Analyst

to join our innovative and growing digital team!

In this role, you will engage deeply with

data collection & analysis

to support the

optimisation of marketing campaigns

. Not only will you focus on analysing data to enhance decision-making, but also proactively support the

activation

and ongoing monitoring of

digital marketing campaigns

for our clients.

Other responsibilities as a Junior Data Analyst include:

Collect and analyse data from various sources (i.e. LinkedIn, Google Analytics) to support digital marketing campaign activation and performance monitoring.

Identify key performance indicators and monitor trends to optimise ROI across different platforms.

Configure and manage digital campaigns using specific platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Ensure accurate targeting, budget allocation, and creative setup to meet campaign objectives.

Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and clients.

Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and resolve tracking or reporting issues promptly.

As a Junior Data Analyst Archetype, you will bring:

Proven analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and detail

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions for

data manipulation

& visualisation

Excellent communication skills to effectively present data-driven insights to various audiences

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks as needed

A proactive and organised approach to problem-solving and project management

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is advantageous, particularly

Google Analytics

and

Google Ads

Desirable Requirements:

Familiarity with Google Analytics, SQL, and visualisation tools like Tableau or Google Looker Studio.

Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Exposure to eCRM marketing tools like HubSpot or MailChimp
