We are seeking a passionate and talented Design Intern to join our creative team and contribute to the continued success of arch4. This position is fully onsite.

Position Overview The Design Intern will assist our design team in creating and developing innovative and stylish cashmere products that embody our brand’s ethos. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring fashion designer to gain hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry and hone their skills under the guidance of our experienced design team at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design team in various stages of the design process, including research, concept development, sketching, and technical design, all within the office environment.

Conduct market research and analyze current fashion trends to provide insights and inspiration for new designs.

Assist in the creation of mood boards, color palettes, and other visual materials to effectively communicate design concepts.

Collaborate with the design team on the development of product prototypes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Aid in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications for production, working closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution of design concepts.

Support the design team in organizing and executing photo shoots, fashion shows, and other brand events.

Perform administrative tasks as needed, including organizing and maintaining design files, fabric swatches, and other materials.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Strong understanding of and passion for luxury fashion, especially in cashmere products and materials.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.

Excellent drawing and sketching abilities, with a keen eye for detail and strong visual communication skills.

Familiarity with fabric types, textile technology, and garment construction techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative, onsite environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
