Your responsibilities will be to:

Help to create new, exciting dishes for our menu, combining your own interests and local produce. Allowing your creativity to flourish.

Assist and learn from the Head Chef & Sous Chef.

Train, inspire and develop Junior chefs.

Lead by example.
