About The Role

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Engineering Department on an Apprenticeship to support with all administration tasks.

You will study a Level 3 Business Administrator programme alongside your work.

Your daily tasks will include;

• Updating our Computerised Maintenance Management System 
• Ordering PPE and parts to keep required stock levels across the department for current and upcoming works
• Deliver a high level of service to all other departments across the business
• Liaising with external companies regarding parts/deliveries etc.

About You

Skills required;

• Word/Excel Skills (and bespoke database/systems experience ideally)
• Strong communication
