Content Creation:

Develop engaging and relevant content for digital marketing channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and website copy.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.

Social Media Management:

Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.

Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and website visibility.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website traffic, user experience, and search engine rankings.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

Assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and tracking performance metrics.

Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Digital Advertising:

Support the planning, setup, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Monitor advertising budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

Prepare regular reports summarizing key insights, trends, and performance indicators for presentation to the marketing team.

Website Management:

Assist in the maintenance and optimization of company websites, including updating content, improving user experience, and implementing SEO best practices.

Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website enhancements and troubleshoot technical issues.

Market Research:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.

Use market insights to inform digital marketing strategies, campaign messaging, and targeting strategies.

The successful candidate will be undertaking the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship with Althaus Digital. This is a 16 month apprenticeship. All training provided by Althaus Digital will be remote and online. The job role is in office based in Birmingham.
