Allied World Assurance Company, Ltd. seeks an individual to fill the position of Actuarial Summer Intern. The successful candidate will be expected to provide actuarial pricing support to various underwriting departments.

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide actuarial pricing support to various underwriting departments under moderate supervision
  • Help maintain pricing models
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

The successful applicant will preferably have the following:

  • In penultimate year of university course leading to a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics or related field
  • Experience in Excel would be beneficial
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong ethics and integrity
