Job Description ROLE: Junior Graphic DesignerREPORTS TO: Midweight Graphic DesignerTHE ROLE:ALIGNE is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Reporting into the midweight Graphic Designer this role will be focused on the curation of our day-day marketing assets for ALIGNE.co, CRM and social channels.RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with the ecomm and content team to ensure consistency of designs across all customer touchpoints.Design assets for a websiteDesign paid marketing assetsDesign and build newslettersDesign assets for social channelsOrganisation of imageryMaintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trendsREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field2 years of experience in graphic designFashion backgroundProficient in Adobe Creative SuiteProficient in video editingProficient in social media platformsRetouching skills and image manipulation beneficialStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsPortfolio of workAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions. THE COMPANY:ALIGNE is a contemporary, considered womenswear brand that believes it’s cool to be kind.
