Are you ready to embark on a comprehensive journey of professional growth and development? Our Business Graduate Programme offers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in the intricacies of our organisation over two dynamic years.

Throughout the programme, you’ll undertake four six-month functional placements, carefully crafted to provide a diverse and enriching experience.

But what exactly can you expect from these placements? We’ve meticulously designed our programme to offer a well-rounded experience, ensuring exposure to key areas of our business. With guidance from HR Leaders and the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll navigate through the following domains:

  • Customer and/or Demand Focus (e.g., Commercial): Dive into the heart of our customer-centric operations, gaining insights into market dynamics, sales strategies, and consumer behaviour.
  • Supply Chain and/or Procurement: Explore the intricacies of our supply chain management, from sourcing and procurement to logistics and distribution, learning to optimise processes and drive efficiency.
  • Operational and/or Aftermarket: Gain firsthand experience in our operational processes and aftermarket services, delving into areas such as production management, quality control, and post-sales support.
  • Business Support and/or Engineering: Get a behind-the-scenes look at the backbone of our organization, whether it’s through supporting functions like finance, human resources, or delving into the innovative world of engineering and product development.
