Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and scanning documents
- Answering telephones and supporting customers with inquiries
- Diary management and booking appointments
- Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls, directing customers to relevant team members and departments
- Managing and responding to emails efficiently
- Upselling properties and referring leads to the appropriate agents
- Providing personalised support and guidance to clients throughout their real estate transactions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements
- Collaborating with agents, brokers, and other team members to facilitate smooth transactions
- Utilising advanced CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and follow-ups
