  • Managing and responding to emails efficiently
  • Upselling properties and referring leads to the appropriate agents
  • Providing personalised support and guidance to clients throughout their real estate transactions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements
  • Collaborating with agents, brokers, and other team members to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Utilising advanced CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and follow-ups
