Assist the HR Manager in a generalist capacity, contributing to the full employee life cycleSupport recruitment processes, including managing the recruitment in-box, liaising with agencies, advertising, and conducting initial interviewsCollaborate on the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to staff and managersParticipate in the annual performance management programmeContribute to various HR projects as requiredCoordinate staff induction processes and effectively manage the probation periodCIPD level 3 qualification or higherComprehensive understanding of HR best practicesProficiency in HRIS systems and the MS Office SuiteFor a comprehensive job description, please contact Clare, Alex or Denise at Adecco Romford (option 2).
