Adecco are currently recruiting for a Trainee Engineer to join an organisation based in Wellingborough where you will be working for a specialist engineering company. Job title: Trainee Engineer Salary: £25k – £30k (dependant on experience levels) Location: Wellingborough/Kettering Hours: 8am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities: To learn all aspects of the Engineering Department this may include:- Building and Testing Equipment – Assisting with Installation & repair work – Assisting with Service Engineering Work Candidate expectations: – City & Guilds or equivalent qualification within engineering, electrical or mechanical subjects- Willing to become a skilled engineer- Good communicator; ensuring reports are accurately given in writing and verbally- Prioritise and plan effectively- High attention to detail; working to instructions, designs and specifications Company Benefits: – 25 days holiday plus bank holidays- Access to company vehicles with modern Sat-Nav systems- Company mobile phone (iPhone) – Company life insurance- Pension- Ongoing training activities- Company uniform and full PPE, – Structured career progression route supported by an engineer grading scale
