Aconveyancing Limited have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal Apprentice to join their team in Tamworth. You will work closely with the team to learn the process of residential conveyancing and support a property lawyer. You will develop skills to undertake the administrative elements of each stage whilst working towards a Paralegal qualification.

As an apprentice your role is to undertake tasks associated to the legal process of selling, purchasing and remortgaging property. You will provide support to property lawyers within the firm. During the apprenticeship you will become a confident paralegal able to carry out both administrative and technical tasks required to progress a sale or purchase transaction through to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generaloffice administration duties
  • Correspondingmy phone, letter and email
  • Draftingdocuments
  • Reporting on advising on legalaspects of a conveyancing transaction
  • Have a clear understanding of the role of the Land Registry and other third parties including other law firms and mortgage lenders
  • Able to provide clear and accurate advice based on the English Legal System

Uponcompletion of 3 months probation the apprentice will benefit from the firmsbenefit scheme which includes:
