Within the Learning Support Assistant role, you will learn about:

• The cognitive, behavioural and emotional needs of each student and how to tailor to each individual student.
• You’ll gain invaluable experience to identify triggers and barriers to learning, key to actively implement psychological theory, in classroom settings.
• Offer small group or on a 1-2-1 basis, suitable for a Primary school aged student.
• Create and encourage a cohesive culture/environment for the students – in the classroom and other playground settings. Safety is paramount for this Bracknell, Berkshire Primary school, whilst encouraging and presenting Education in a fun manner!
