At Wellingtons for Langley Hall we offer a curriculum that excites and motivates children to never stop learning. We follow the Early Years curriculum using topic themes and develop skills through hands on, child-led enrichment opportunities throughout the day.

We plan activities that provide meaningful learning experiences, developing each child’s characteristics of learning.
We provide high quality provision to ensure interactions with staff and peers impact positively on the progress of every child.
We use high quality questioning to check and challenge thinking at all levels.
We role model strong communication in order for children to develop their own speaking and listening skills alongside targeted teaching through play.
We assess our children regularly through observations, which are recorded on Tapestry, and shared with you as parents and carers. These inform you of your child’s next steps of learning and ensure that we meet every child’s needs.
