Established in 2010, the PPC team has over 35 years of surveying and planning experience. As a team of Chartered Building Surveyors, we offer a broad range of professional services to our clients.

Regulated by the RICS, we have a wealth of experience working on both residential and commercial projects. Over the years we have successfully completed several high-profile assignments for our clients, from major structural enhancements to residential building improvements.

As a PPC Apprentice Building Surveyor, you will be providing professional advice on buildings and construction, ranging from tower blocks, commercial buildings, and home extensions. Additionally, you will undertake detailed surveys of buildings identifying defects and advising on repair, maintenance, and restoration options.

We provide a range of services, including: full building surveys, refurbishment and extensions, dilapidations, party wall matters, contract administration, and planning & building regulations.

The Chartered Surveyor is assisted by an Apprentice Building Surveyor, Virtual Typists and CAD Technicians. Now we wish to recruit a further two Apprentice Building Surveyors to support the continued growth of the Practice.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who can work on their own initiative and manage their own workload. For the right individual there will be the opportunity to take responsibility from early on and work towards managing their own projects.

PPC Surveyors are well versed in supporting an apprentice programme. We can offer the successful candidate on the job training, day release at an academic institution to gain qualification in Building Surveying and APC support to become Chartered.
