Dorchester Regeneration is searching for their next apprentice to join their team at their development at Heyford Park, Bicester, Oxfordshire which is a former US and RAF airbase which they are transforming into a modern take on the traditional countryside village. Dorchester Regeneration have over two decades of experience in the property sector and operate individual projects through a network of more than 20 independently owned or joint-venture subsidiary companies. Across the business we employ over 100 people and we have a wide range of in-house expertise covering finance, planning, procurement, strategic infrastructure, civil engineering, housebuilding, commercial lettings, property management, community infrastructure management, ecology and sales & marketing. As well as building new homes for sale, we also build for social and private rent and currently have over 500 units in our rental portfolio, overseen by our own dedicated management company.
