Foundation For Good provides a diverse range of services aimed at supporting individuals and communities in various aspects of their lives. We look to bring the community together, we offer a wide range of activities to boost local people in our communities by breaking down barriers which stop people from progressing in life. ​
We offer tailored educational programmes based on neuroplasticity research to address challenges faced in traditional classrooms. This includes mentoring and enrichment activities aimed at enhancing learning outcomes for disadvantaged youth.
Our charity provides essential mental health support through counselling, therapy, and wellness workshops, helping individuals navigate and overcome personal challenges.
We operate a food bank and a welcoming space designed to build connections and offer practical support to those in need.
We use our boxing gym and charity facilities to promote healthy eating and active lifestyles. Our programs teach members how to cook nutritious meals and stay physically active, addressing both physical and mental wellbeing.
We work closely with the police, antisocial behaviour teams, schools, and social prescribers to address community needs and enhance the support network available to our beneficiaries.

Our current developments include the Refurbishment Project, funded by £420,000 from the Community Ownership Fund, we are undergoing a significant refurbishment. This project includes a complete upgrade of our building’s exterior and interior, improvements in energy efficiency, and the installation of new heating and cooling systems.
As part of our refurbishment, we are developing a new wellbeing café designed to provide a space for community members to seek advice, guidance, and build connections.
