CB3 is a quantity surveying company and was founded in 2020 by Iain Ballantyne, Jon Flin and Nick Flanagan with the idea of being the ‘go to’ Quantity Surveyor practice in Cambridge. Not only for their clients but also their employees. From the start, all employees working for CB3 have been treated with respect and are valued. Each and every employee is appreciated and valued for who they are and what they can add to the business. This is why CB3 gets to work on some of the most prestigious projects, not only in Cambridge but also Oxford and London. With our largest project to date is in excess of £750m.
