Auto Motor Excellence, trading as Auto Net VIP, is a local, independently owned and operated garage in Harlow specialising in electric and hybrid vehicles. We service and repair all makes and models. We believe that resources invested into properly diagnosing vehicle faults is the most economical solution to our customers’ needs. This means our technicians have extensive training in the state-of-the-art tools they use to effect repairs the first time, without the waste of the trial-and-error method. We strive to lessen the vehicle’s impact on the environment – and the customer’s finances – by repairing or sourcing recycled components when it is safe to do so. We believe in transparency and honesty in our trade; we are always happy to explain why repairs are needed and how we strive to do them. We undertake all jobs, including warranty repairs and fleet service for light commercial vehicles (LCVs).
